It's great, but I have a few things:

- The ears are a little unbalanced, and the face just sort of begins. The hair behind her ear cuts off and disappears altogether. Try to make it just a little bit more consistent.

- The fingers are a little muddled. Try to practice drawing hands using your own as a reference.

Other than that, GREAT WORK. <3 The expression is pretty and the border is awesome.
